Purple Media does not guarantee refunds for the cancellation of services. Additionally, we do not offer reimbursements for transaction fees, payments to third parties, services already rendered, or other miscellaneous charges.

This refund policy does not apply to companies not owned or controlled by Purple Media, or to individuals not employed or managed by Purple Media. This includes third-party service and product providers bound by contract and third-party websites linked to the Purple Media website.

Filing A Complaint

To request a cancellation, please contact our billing department via email at info@purplemedia.com or mail a cancellation request letter to the address listed on our website.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, our billing department will review the issue and provide guidance. Your cancellation request will only be considered valid for a refund upon approval from the billing department.

Eligibility For Refund

Website Development/ Web Design/ Graphic Design/Infographic

For the above services, the refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Within 24 hours of payment (provided the project has not been initiated): Full Refund
  • Within 48 hours of payment: Partial Refund of 50% of the project amount
  • After 72 hours of payment: No Refund

SEO/ Social Media Reputation Management/ Link Building/ SEO Audit

For the above services, the refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Within 24 hours of payment (provided the project has not been initiated): Full Refund
  • Within 48 hours of payment: Partial Refund of 50% of the project amount
  • After 72 hours of payment: No Refund

Dedicated Resource

For dedicated resource services, the refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Within 24 hours of payment (provided the project has not been initiated): Full Refund
  • Within 48 hours of payment: Partial Refund of 50% of the project amount
  • After 72 hours of payment: No Refund

Miscellaneous

  • Work Delay: If there is a work delay from our end, a partial refund of 50% of the project amount may be issued. This is subject to evaluation based on the client’s response rate and the work required.
  • Work Rejection: No Refund. If you are dissatisfied with the design or creative work, we are willing to rework it. Since design is subjective, we do not offer refunds based on individual preferences.

No refunds will be issued if abuse of our terms of service or acceptable use policy forces Purple Media to suspend or terminate your services prematurely.
